Here’s all the information you need to know:

  • Find applicable positions under the Terms and Conditions below
  • Spread the word by email, social media, SMS, or chats. Better yet, call the person who would be a great fit for the specific role!
  • Fill in the Employee Referral form here
  • Wait for updates from the Talent team
This program applies to all TOA employees except for:
  • Members of the Talent acquisition team
  • Hiring managers, interviewers or anyone involved in the recruitment process and hiring decision
  • Directors, senior leadership, and C-level
  • Referrals must be accountants and bookkeepers with AU or US experience, SMSF accountants, or auditors with 5+ years of AU or US experience.
  • Submission for referrals should be between July to September. They should also be hired within 2022.
  • Rehires and other temporary positions are subject to review and approval.
  • The referrer gets 50% of the incentive when the referral successfully reaches the 3rd month with a client at TOA Global. The remaining 50% will be paid in the 6th month of the hired referral.
  • All referrals and promo details are subject to review at the company’s own discretion.
