What is the Accelerator Program

Accelerator Program is a 7 week paid training for hired accountants and bookkeepers with at least 2 years work experience. Graduates gets interviewed by TOA Global Clients.

The Accelerator Program is powered by the Ab² Institute of Accounting, an award-winning learning firm that specializes in building globally competitive accountant and bookkeeper careers through training programs made by accountants for accountants.

Does this sound like you?

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping work experience
An accounting-related degree (accountants and bookkeepers)
The desire to build an international accounting career with US or Australian clients
Interested to work on-site in Clark
Open to either day shift (7am-4pm) or night shift (9pm-6am)

How to get there?

Taxi/Cab. This is the most convenient option because they can shuttle guests to, from, and within Clark.
Jeepney. Public jeepneys operate within Clark Freeport too. There are four different jeepney routes operating within Clark Freeport Zone. Ask the drivers at the terminal (Main Gate) which jeepney to take. Note: There are two terminal locations — Main Gate and the Mabalacat Gate.

What will happen that day?

We will welcome you and share more information about the Accelerator Program.
You will enjoy spending time in our Talent Hub, with access to free coffee, snacks and cool drinks.
We will process your application, including asking you to complete a short online accounting knowledge check & a short interview with our Talent Officers.
If you pass all stages of the recruitment process, we will make a job offer on the day!
You will go home with an international accounting career (subject to relevant checks including references).
