TOA Global is excited to announce the appointment of seasoned BPO Executive, Adrian (Ian) Zafra as Country Manager for the Philippines.

Ian’s appointment takes effect from Monday, July 29, 2024.
Ian joins TOA Global with more than 20 years of senior operations management in the BPO sector focusing on employee and client engagement. He has global experience across Asia Pacific, the Americas, and Europe, and in his most recent role has overseen 10,000+ staff members.
Having worked across multiple verticals from Telecoms, to Insurance, Banking and Financial Services and more, Ian is well-placed to bring diverse insights to TOA Global’s focus on quality service delivery and enriched people culture. He has also garnered several awards including the Circle of Excellence and CMO Asia’s 50 Best Marketers.
