Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across multiple industries.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be the engine behind accurate, timely financial intelligence that drives smarter decisions across the organization. Working closely with US-based finance team, you will manage everything from recurring financial reports to variance analysis and data reconciliation—ensuring the numbers always tell the right story. This is the perfect launchpad for an early-career professional ready to sharpen their analytical edge and grow fast in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Your Impact

  • Reports That Run the Show: Own the preparation of recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using predefined templates—delivered on time, every time.

  • Variance Whisperer: Dig into the data to spot and flag differences between actuals and budget/forecast before they become a problem.

  • Model Maintainer: Keep Excel-based financial models and reporting files sharp, accurate, and up to date following established guidelines.

  • Data Wrangler: Compile and organize financial data from multiple sources to fuel reporting requirements and support critical business decisions.

  • Metrics Tracker: Monitor revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics through standardized reports that keep leadership in the loop.

  • Report Packager: Support the preparation of polished reporting packages for managers by gathering, formatting, and presenting financial data cleanly.

  • Accuracy Guardian: Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure every figure is complete, correct, and trustworthy.

  • On-Demand Analyst: Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests from the finance team with speed and precision.

  • Process Champion: Follow documented processes and keep financial documentation clear, organized, and audit-ready at all times.

  • Issue Radar: Identify and escalate data discrepancies or irregularities to the right people before they snowball.

What You Bring

  • The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting—your academic foundation for everything that follows.

  • The Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis, with enough real-world reps to hit the ground running.

  • Financial Statement Fluency: A solid grasp of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements—you can read them, analyze them, and explain what they mean.

  • Excel Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization. If spreadsheets are a puzzle, you solve them fast.

  • Detail-Obsessed Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and the discipline to work with large datasets without letting errors slip through.

  • Process-Driven Mindset: The ability to follow structured instructions and thrive within defined workflows—you don’t freelance when the playbook matters.

  • Clear Communicator: Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with a remote US-based team across time zones.

  • Bonus Points: Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or ISAB, or experience in an IT managed services provider or services industry environment.
