As a Training Administrator, you will support one of TOA Global's Australian clients—a prominent Australian electrical, instrumentation, and communications contractor.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing training records and databases, preparing reports, coordinating employee training documentation and apprenticeship requirements, and providing administrative support to ensure training compliance across the organization.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Web based systems data management including uploading of training documentation of employees into the company and client databases
• Monitoring Training email Inbox by sorting, filing and actioning
• Monitoring, auditing and reporting of training data in training databases
• Preparing Training Reports
• Administration of Australian Apprenticeship documentation
• Collating training mobilisation paperwork
• Respond to, and manage telephone and email traffic from internal and external stakeholders
• Weekly reporting on training data for projects and organisation.
Key Qualifications/Experience
3yrs + experience
• General Administration gained in an employee training environment preferable but not essential
• Strong English
• Verbal and written communication skills – needs to able to communicate over the phone and email
• Strong customer service focus
• Experience with managing systems
• Able to time manage, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• High organisation skills in order to meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to multi task, prioritise own workload and work unsupervised after 3 month period
• Ability to work as a member of a team or independently
• MS Office Skills - Excel (Intermediate), Word, Outlook as per MS Office Skills matrix
• Maintains good attendance and punctuality
• Able to complete set daily tasks
