+ Site Management of the office site (1 building /1 shift).
+ Ensure excellence of our facilities, drive the amazing employee and client experience when on site.
+ Lead a team of people leaders & support from different functions or seamless execution of all human experience, people management, events, health & safety and site initiatives/projects.

Key Accountabilities
+ Main contact for Site operational performance for global teams assigned to one shift
+ Service Delivery (Tickets, CSAT, NPS)
+ Experience (Tickets, Engagement, eNPS, SAT)
+ Communication (Internal, stakeholders, team member, partners)
+ Leadership & Culture (Performance, metrics, standards & reporting, learning)
+ Onboard/offboard experience
+ Crisis management & business continuity
+ Admin/facilities as it relates to employee, clients, experience
+ Special projects as required
