As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Officer, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging data-driven strategies and market trends to attract and retain top corporate talent.

Your Impact

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to candidate onboarding, serving as the primary owner for candidate and hiring leader experience.

  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with corporate hiring leaders to understand talent needs, strategize on requirements, and build strong relationships as a trusted talent advisor.

  • Talent Sourcing & Branding: Utilize various channels—including job boards, social media, and professional networks—to source qualified candidates while acting as a brand ambassador to promote our unique employer value proposition.

  • Pipeline Building: Proactively build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Implement data-driven strategies and recruitment analytics to track key metrics, evaluate performance, and drive process optimization.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience gained from an internal, agency, BPO, or RPO environment. Background in handling niche corporate or technical roles (Marketing, IT, Admin, HR, Corporate, Leadership) is preferred.

  • The Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Search, etc.).

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage internal relationships, guide hiring leaders, and execute data-driven sourcing strategies.

  • Core Competencies: Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills; strong adaptability; proactive initiative; and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
