We are looking for a Senior Audit Admin to join our growing team in Cebu. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of a dynamic audit team servicing global clients—keeping documentation sharp, schedules tight, and client communications seamless. Operating directly out of our modern Cebu facility, this role is perfect for someone who takes pride in data precision, thrives on deep organization, and loves being the person who makes everything run smoothly.

 

Your Impact

  • Document Dynamo: Provide end-to-end administrative support to the active audit production team, managing the advanced preparation, professional formatting, and meticulous compilation of audit files, working paper packs, and final disclosure reports.

  • Schedule Maestro: Coordinate complex calendars, cross-border meetings, and target appointments for auditors and international client engagements, ensuring zero overlapping conflicts.

  • File Whisperer: Systematically organize and maintain digital audit documentation frameworks so that files are properly logged, accurately labeled, and instantly accessible when the team needs them most for review.

  • Client Connector: Manage client correspondence with high professionalism and warmth—responding to background inquiries, following up on outstanding information requests, and liaising with global stakeholders across varying time zones.

  • Data Guardian: Handle high-accuracy data entry tasks across specialized internal compliance systems, software trackers, and analytics reports with a hawk-eye for consistency.

  • Deadline Defender: Track key operational deliverables and proactively flag upcoming compliance milestones to keep the audit team on track and ensure international clients remain highly satisfied.

  • Process Improver: Actively identify localized opportunities to streamline repetitive administrative workflows, contributing to a more efficient, high-performing audit support function.

 

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 4–6 years of stable experience in an administrative, corporate customer service, or professional support role, ideally gained supporting an audit, legal, or professional services ecosystem.

  • Organization Obsessed: Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills, with a natural ability to juggle multiple high-priority compliance timelines concurrently without dropping the ball.

  • Communication Ace: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with proven experience engaging professionally, clearly, and confidently with global clients and internal leadership.

  • Detail Devotee: High attention to detail and absolute accuracy in all documentation formatting and data handling tasks—you naturally spot the minor typos and alignment issues that everyone else missed.

  • Tech Savvy: Highly proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word formatting, Excel data sorting, Outlook calendar management) and experienced in navigating cloud-based document management systems.

  • Discretion First: Deeply trusted to handle sensitive, high-risk corporate, and confidential financial information with the utmost professionalism and vault-level integrity.
