Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Full-time

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT

We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our centralized procurement support team. You will manage high-volume, ticket-based procurement requests from global business divisions, create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the ERP system, and ensure data consistency across downstream reporting.

 

Your Impact

  • Procurement Service Delivery: Process incoming procurement requests from global business divisions through centralized request systems, accurately entering details into the ERP system within agreed service levels.

  • Requisition & Purchase Order Management: Create and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the ERP system using provided cost center, general ledger, and budget line coding.

  • Data Processing & Bulk Uploads: Execute bulk uploads of budget and procurement data into the ERP system, verifying source files against required formats before and after processing to maintain master data accuracy.

  • Queue Management & Status Tracking: Manage the daily ticket queue according to set priorities, provide status updates to divisions, and refer exceptional queries to senior staff.

 

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Experience in a data entry, administrative, or transaction processing role, with exposure to high-volume or ticket-based processing environments preferred.

  • Technical Acumen: Completion of secondary education; vocational or tertiary qualifications in business administration, finance, accounting, or supply chain are advantageous.

  • Software Competency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for checking and preparing structured data files.

  • Core Competencies: High accuracy and sustained attention to detail across repetitive tasks, ability to follow written procedures consistently, and clear written communication skills across international time zones.
