Salary Range: Php 95,000 – Php 159,000

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage client portfolios, review the work of junior team members, liaise directly with clients, and support advisory projects. Based onsite in Clark or Tarlac, this role is ideal for an experienced professional eager to lead, mentor others, and deliver accurate, high-quality accounting and tax solutions for Australian business clients. You will work closely with managers and senior team members to drive technical excellence and foster a collaborative, team-based culture.   

Your Impact

• Review & Quality Assurance: Review the work of graduates, juniors, and intermediate staff to ensure adherence to established accounting procedures, workpaper standards, and compliance guidelines.   

• Portfolio & Client Management: Manage multiple client portfolios (SMEs, family groups), developing a deep understanding of client industries and expectations.   

• Client Relations & Advisory Support: Liaise directly with clients on complex queries and strategic planning, and provide proactive support to managers on advisory projects. 

• Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor, train, and develop junior staff, fostering a positive, ethical, and high-energy working environment that supports continuous professional growth. 

• Practice Administration: Complete daily time recording/timesheets, maintain file setups, adhere to practice management policies, and meet designated billing and compliance deadlines. 

What You Bring

• The Experience: 3–5 years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm environment.

• Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Solid technical expertise in Australian tax, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.   

• Leadership & Mentorship: Effective leadership and mentoring expertise, with a demonstrated readiness to lead, guide, and manage teams.   

• Communication & Professionalism: Strong client communication and relationship management skills, featuring clear written and verbal English communication to handle complex queries and present ideas effectively.   

• Software & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Australian accounting software systems (such as Xero, MYOB, or HandiSoft).
