+ Manage a team of 100+ Team Members
+ Brings the WOW and makes it easy for our employees so that they can
do meaningful and awesome work for our clients.
Responsibilities
+ Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in
production
+ Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets,
Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism)
+ Help outlier Team Members complete deliverables
related to compliance, learning, performance reviews,
etc.
+ Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams
channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member)
+ Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member
experience
+ Provide assistance & leadership during crisis
management for business continuity purposes
+ Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards
are practiced at all times
+ Coordination and collaboration with support functions
as needed

Key Qualifications/Experience
2-6 years experience in the following
+ Operations management as a front-line employee & supervisory role
+ Employee engagement & experience
+ Customer service & client engagement
+ Collaboration with support functions such as IT, Admin Services, Training,
Facilities Management, etc.
+ Business Continuity
+ Leading a team of 20 people or greater in the operations
