Location: Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac, Philippines 

Work Arrangement: Remote, Full-time 

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT 

Salary Range: Php 50,000 – Php 75,000

We are on the lookout for a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support an Australian-based client in the franchise and retail space. In this dynamic role, you will wear many hats — from executive and administrative support to marketing coordination, communications, and research. Your Impact 

  • Calendar Commander: Keep management's world in order by managing calendars, appointments, reminders, and follow-up tasks with precision and foresight. 

  • Document Dynamo: Prepare polished documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes that reflect professionalism and attention to detail. 

  • Campaign Crew Chief: Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and store communications that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 

  • Social Media Sidekick: Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and basic engagement activities across platforms using tools like Canva and Mailchimp. 

  • Stakeholder Whisperer: Liaise confidently with designers, suppliers, shopping centers, franchisees, and external partners to keep communication flowing seamlessly. 

  • Content Craftsperson: Draft compelling newsletters, announcements, promotional materials, and internal communications that inform and inspire. 

  • Inbox Maestro: Manage and respond to emails professionally on behalf of management, ensuring every message is handled with care and timeliness. 

  • Research Radar: Conduct market research on competitors, suppliers, products, shopping centers, and industry trends to support smart business decisions. 

  • Data Guardian: Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and business records with a high level of data entry precision and reporting capability. 

  • Franchise Support Star: Assist with franchisee communications, store visit records, operational updates, and the preparation of franchise documentation and marketing materials. 

  • Events All-Rounder: Support the coordination of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities from planning through to execution.

  • Communication Ace: Excellent English communication skills — reading, writing, and speaking — with clear pronunciation and a professional tone. 

  • Organizational Ninja: Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat. 

  • Detail Detective: High attention to detail and accuracy that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. 

  • Office Suite Pro: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with comfort using Google Workspace. 

  • Self-Starter Spirit: Ability to work independently and take initiative while providing reliable support to an Australian-based team across different time zones. 

  • Tech-Savvy Talent: Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and online marketing tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new business software quickly. 

  • Home Office Ready: Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to deliver consistent, professional output in a remote environment. 

  • VA or EA Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administration Officer is highly regarded. 

  • Marketing Know-How: Marketing or social media coordination experience, including familiarity with platforms like Canva or Mailchimp, is a strong advantage. 

  • Industry Insider: Experience supporting franchise, retail, hospitality, or food-service businesses will set you apart from the crowd. 

  • Qualified & Curious: Relevant qualifications in administration, business, marketing, or communications are desirable but not essential — your attitude and drive matter most.
