Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting, finance, and supply chain sectors.
We are looking for an execution-focused Logistics Officer to join our TX S&OP team. In this role, you will lead the administration of our customer service and logistics functions to meet strict customer targets and ensure efficient execution. Operating under a structured hybrid model where Mondays are designated as a work-from-home (WFH) day and the remainder of the week is spent working onsite at our modern office facility, you will bridge the gap between inventory levels, transportation management, and client fulfillment, transforming operational demand into flawless logistical execution.
Your Impact
Transport Vendor Management: Manage transport bookings with nominated logistics vendors, ensuring strict adherence to booking lead times and service agreements.
Order Allocation & Optimization: Execute the strategic allocation of stock to customer orders to maximize quality, service metrics, and overall revenue.
Load & Vehicle Management: Oversee transport load management to optimize vehicle fill rates, working in direct alignment with direction from the daily TX demand and supply connect.
Pallet Account Administration: Own the specialized CHEP account administration, executing complete tracking and preparation of monthly account reconciliations.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage delivery paperwork administration, virtual filing systems, transaction processing, back-end reconciliation, and standard customer account reporting to support the Sales team.
Planning & Operational Support: Provide robust administrative support to the CS&L planners to ensure execution consistency.
Stakeholder & Supply Chain Agility: Maintain effective, collaborative relationships across dynamic internal and external stakeholder networks. Successfully navigate a fast-paced environment where fluctuating daily harvest volumes directly influence immediate CS&L execution across various operational workstreams and inventory systems.
What You Bring
The Experience: Prior experience working within a supply chain, logistics, or operational support environment is highly ideal. You have a proven track record of following documented SOPs.
Core Competencies: Decisive determination with a strong sense of urgency, structural accountability to deliver on tight outcomes, and a professional approach to workflow optimization.
Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, essential for aligning with onshore planners, transport vendors, and cross-functional teams.
The Values: A high level of sincerity, openness, and mutual respect, with a passion for driving outcomes and operating safely in a highly responsive ecosystem.
