We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-driven Graduate Accountant eager to launch their career in Australian public practice and cloud accounting. You will perform foundational accounting, reconciliation, and data entry tasks while receiving structured training in Australian taxation, compliance, and cloud software.

Your Impact

• Workpaper & Reconciliation Preparation: Prepare basic financial schedules, bank reconciliations, and general ledger workpapers under direct supervision.

• Taxation & Compliance Support: Assist senior team members in drafting basic Business Activity Statements (BAS) and income tax returns for Australian entities and individuals.

• System Data Entry & Ledger Hygiene: Perform accurate financial data entry across firm software systems while maintaining clean digital audit trails.

• Software Mastery & Continuous Learning: Participate in comprehensive training programs to master Australian accounting software stacks, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

• The Experience: No prior Australian accounting firm experience required—this is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates or junior professionals starting their accounting journey.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the ability to learn complex accounting software platforms quickly.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, proactive learning mindset, and clear written and verbal English communication skills.
