As a Financial Accountant, you'll be a cornerstone of client success—managing diverse portfolios, guiding junior talent, and delivering strategic insight that goes beyond the numbers. • Client Whisperer: Liaise directly with clients on complex accounting queries and strategic tax planning discussions, building trusted, long-term relationships that go well beyond baseline compliance.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid, hands-on experience working within an Australian accounting firm environment, with a strong, comprehensive grasp of AU tax and compliance frameworks.

• Technical Sharpshooter: Deep technical expertise in Australian taxation and public practice workflows that allows you to resolve intricate financial ledger issues efficiently while keeping everything above board and audit-ready.

• Client-First Mindset: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with proven relationship management capabilities that allow you to navigate complex client conversations with clarity and confidence.
