Proposal Integration: Collaborate with Senior Estimators to develop proposal strategies, work method statements, and construction schedules that match client criteria.
Post-Award Handover: Participate in tender handover meetings with Project Managers and assist with "better buying" strategies and value engineering solutions to optimize project delivery.
Supply Chain Collaboration: Build and maintain honest relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while expanding the vendor network to support upcoming projects.
What You Bring
The Credentials: A degree qualification in Electrical Engineering is required.
Technical Experience: Extensive experience in estimating within the commercial, industrial, mining, resources, or construction sectors.
Software Skills: Proficiency with estimating software such as WinEst, Simpro, or similar database systems, alongside advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills.
