We are seeking a deadline-driven, proactive CAAS Energy Land - Owner Relations Support professional to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team. You will deliver comprehensive administrative support to North American Energy and Land Administration teams—managing owner communications, tracking owner relations logs, and organizing land documentation with precision.


Your Impact

  • Owner Communications & Inquiry Support: Monitor shared email inboxes and voicemail channels, draft timely responses to land and mineral owner inquiries, and handle softphone communications using platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

  • Owner Relations Logging & Tracking: Perform accurate data entry to maintain Owner Relations Logs in Microsoft Excel, tracking response times, open action items, and outstanding client tasks.

  • Document Management & Archiving: Organize online mail folders, standardize file naming for scanned land documents, and manage digital filing structures in SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Land Administration Operations: Support the Land Administration Team with daily operational tasks, wrap up loose ends promptly, adhere to strict deadlines, and maintain daily timesheets.

 

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 1 to 2 years of recent office or customer service experience; experience within the energy, oil & gas, real estate, or land administration industries is a strong plus.

  • Software Competency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and softphone/communication platforms (Teams, Zoom). Ability to adapt quickly to new client platforms.

  • Core Competencies: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication; excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments; strong attention to detail; and a positive, collaborative mindset.

  • Education: No specific degree or licensure required.
