Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT

Salary Range: Php 42,000 – Php 44,000

We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the billing operation — making sure provider claims go out daily, accurately, and without a hitch. From validating clean claims to resolving rejections and collaborating with your team to close the loop on recurring issues, you'll play a critical role in keeping the revenue cycle running like clockwork.

 

Your Impact

  • Coverage Commander: Confirm active insurance coverage and patient eligibility before claims are submitted, ensuring every claim starts on solid ground.

  • Clean Claim Champion: Validate claims, apply necessary corrections, and submit spotless claims to payers electronically and via paper — zero guesswork, all precision.

  • Edit Eliminator: Apply effective billing techniques and self-directed initiative to resolve all types of billing edits, keeping the queue clear and the cycle moving.

  • Daily Drill Sergeant: Log in to the EMR system daily, pull signed superbills from providers, and ensure every claim is validated and dispatched without delay.

  • Rejection Rescue Squad: Work rejected claims from the clearinghouse, identify missing or incorrect information, and push them through to acceptance — no claim left behind.

  • Weekly Watchdog: Confirm all claims went out for the week, clear rejected and incomplete buckets, and ensure approved claims are properly submitted and accepted.

  • Monthly Maestro: Close out the month strong — ensure all claims are submitted, provide management with workload feedback, and handle any additional assignments from the Billing Manager.

  • Process Powerhouse: Partner with management and revenue cycle staff to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and drive accuracy across the entire billing operation.

  • Compliance Correspondent: Keep your Supervisor in the loop on compliance matters, billing issues, and AR trends that emerge during your daily work — communication is your superpower.

 

What You Bring

  • Cycle-Savvy Pro: 2+ years of billing, revenue cycle, or accounts receivable experience in a healthcare setting — you know the landscape and how to navigate it.

  • EMR-Fluent Operator: Working knowledge of EMR and billing systems, with hands-on experience in Ethizo or similar platforms considered a strong plus.

  • Detail Detective: High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization — you catch what others miss and take pride in getting it right the first time.

  • Self-Starter Spirit: An independent worker who manages time efficiently, meets deadlines, and thrives without needing a nudge to get things done.

  • Tech-Ready Talent: Proficient computer skills, especially across Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook are tools you reach for confidently.

  • Insurance Insider (Preferred): Practical experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance — knowing how different international payers operate gives you a real edge.

  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Comfortable corresponding with supervisors and team members to clarify issues, flag discrepancies, and keep everyone aligned on resolutions.
