Salary Range: Php 52,000 – Php 62,000

Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the accounting, finance, and professional services industries.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Billing Analyst to join our growing financial operations team. In this role, you will be the core operational backbone supporting international childcare centers—managing multi-tier billing structures, ensuring absolute accuracy across student/family accounts, and securing critical funding pathways. Operating completely remote during US business hours, this position is custom-built for a analytical professional who loves numbers, communicates with high empathy, and takes immense pride in keeping sub-ledgers running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Your Impact

  • Billing Boss & Attendance Ace: Own the end-to-end billing lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of early childhood education centers. Compile and submit highly detailed monthly children's attendance records and corporate invoices directly to local government agencies, ensuring the seamless collection of statutory funding and subsidies.

  • Numbers Never Lie: Auditing and review structured operational reports compiled by center directors. Analyze attendance logs for accuracy, verify ledger codes, and synthesize raw metrics into data models for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.

  • Fix It Fast: Support on-the-ground center management by processing complex financial adjustments to family accounts resulting from corporate tuition rate changes, authorized credits, state subsidy re-calculations, and ledger anomalies.

  • Guide the Way: Serve as the primary technical advisor to field-based center and district managers, training them on corporate financial protocols, billing software updates, and cash compliance procedures.

  • Bridge Builder & Cross-Functional Partner: Cultivate highly collaborative, trust-based relationships with School Directors and Assistant Directors to bridge the gap between remote field teams and central corporate headquarters.

  • Quality Guardian: Enforce exceptional standards of customer service across every transaction, handling payment escalations and ledger corrections with strict attention to data integrity and brand values.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in billing operations, revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, or credit control, ideally supporting high-volume, transactional consumer or multi-site services.

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial field is highly preferred.

  • Tech-Savvy Capabilities: Advanced computer literacy with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, and lookup functions are a day-to-day necessity). Comfortable navigating complex, cloud-based CRM and industry-specific billing databases.

  • Eagle-Eyed Accuracy: An uncompromising eye for identifying numerical discrepancies, missing billing data, or compliance gaps before records are submitted to regulatory bodies.

  • People Person & Articulate Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the personal confidence and emotional intelligence to interact professionally with parents, School Directors, and international executives alike.

  • Self-Starter Energy: A highly autonomous, disciplined workspace executor who manages tight monthly close timelines and multi-entity targets efficiently without needing constant operational oversight.

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Time for You: Enjoy 21 Total Annual Service Incentive Leaves, flexible to use for travel, emergencies, or anything you may need for your “Me time.”
