We're looking for a motivated and detail-obsessed Billing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of accurate, timely, and compliant billing operations — working closely with center management, district managers, school directors, and corporate leadership to ensure every dollar is tracked, every invoice is right, and every stakeholder is supported. Your Impact

Data Detective: Review reports and information provided by center management, analyze for accuracy, and enter data into spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.

Process Champion: Assist center and district managers in navigating processes, procedures, and software — making sure everyone has the tools and knowledge to operate smoothly.

Account Whisperer: Support center management in adjusting billed accounts due to rate changes, credits, and billing errors — keeping accounts clean and clients confident.

Bridge Builder: Develop strong relationships with center management to foster collaboration between field teams and corporate staff, creating a culture of transparency and trust.

Cross-Functional Connector: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information flows where it's needed, when it's needed.

Quality Guardian: Maintain high standards of quality and service for both internal and external customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the organization's values.

Mission Driver: Champion the organization's mission, vision, and values — promoting them consistently to internal and external stakeholders with passion and purpose.

Billing Boss: Take full ownership of billing accounts for assigned centers, ensuring all charges are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Government Liaison: Document, bill, and manage collections of all monies owed from government agencies — keeping every record airtight and every deadline met.

Invoice Inspector: Analyze invoices and reports for accuracy, catching discrepancies before they become problems.

Attendance Ace: Submit monthly children's attendance records and invoices to respective agencies for assigned schools, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

What You Bring

Billing Veteran: 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue cycle, or accounts receivable — you know the landscape and hit the ground running.

People Person: Strong customer service skills that shine in every interaction, whether with a school director, a district manager, or a government agency contact.

Precision Perfectionist: High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization — because in billing, the details are everything.
