Practice Workflow Optimization: Monitor job budgets, manage competing engagement timelines, enforce firm quality standards, and contribute to internal process improvements.
What You Bring
Education & Professional Designation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce; CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
The Experience: 4 to 7 years of solid experience within an Australian public practice or professional accounting firm, with proven experience in file review and direct client management.
Technical Tax Mastery: Deep knowledge of Australian taxation legislation, accounting standards, complex tax structures, business reorganizations, and tax planning frameworks.
