Year-End & Tax Preparation Support: Prepare year-end trial balances, supporting schedules, Form 1099 reporting, tax return workpapers, and trial balance imports across Thomson Reuters tax suites.
Onboarding & Process Improvement: Assist with new client onboarding, organize historical financial data during client transitions, document client-specific procedures, and identify workflow optimization opportunities.
What You Bring
The Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with substantial exposure to U.S. businesses, multi-entity structures (Corporations, S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs), and U.S. public accounting standards.
Technical Mastery: Strong hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO ProAdvisor certification preferred) and Microsoft 365, with desirable experience using Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite (Workpapers CS, Accounting CS, UltraTax, NetClient CS).
Core Competencies: Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, complex account reconciliations, and trial balance preparation; exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; and superior written and spoken English communication.
