At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the accounting, finance, and professional services industries.
We are seeking a methodical Procurement Analyst to join a newly centralized procurement operations team within the Business Transformation division. You will manage global purchase requisitions and orders, ensure data integrity across general ledger cost allocation structures, resolve e-invoicing errors, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Your Impact
Procurement Service Delivery: Process global procurement requests through centralized request systems, creating and maintaining purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the ERP system using specified cost center, general ledger, and budget line coding.
Global Queue & Stakeholder Management: Manage a global request queue to agreed service levels, act as the first point of contact for business divisions, provide clear updates, and escalate non-standard items appropriately.
Data Integrity & Bulk Uploads: Validate source files before bulk uploads, reconcile results afterwards, and keep master data clean and consistent to support downstream reporting, budgeting, and payment.
Problem Resolution & System Improvement: Resolve e-invoicing errors in the ERP, log and progress tickets in ServiceNow with IT and ERP specialists to drive permanent resolution, and identify repeat issues or workflow inefficiencies.
What You Bring
The Experience: Experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable / purchase-to-pay operations, or transactional back-office administration; exposure to major ERP purchasing modules, e-invoicing platforms, ServiceNow, or shared-service teams is an advantage.
Education & Qualifications: A vocational or tertiary qualification in business administration, finance, accounting, procurement, or supply chain is advantageous, alongside strong competence in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of ERP purchasing processes, procure-to-pay lifecycles, and clean master data standards.
Core Competencies: Consistently high accuracy and attention to detail, a methodical and structured approach, confidence working with Excel/CSV data files, and clear written communication across international time zones.
