We are seeking a versatile, self-motivated Senior Financial Accountant to support corporate accounting, bank reconciliations, transaction processing, and fund compliance within a specialized financial services framework. You will manage day-to-day general ledger operations, perform specialized account reviews, and provide high-level financial administration support within a nimble, fast-moving environment.
Your Impact
General Ledger & Financial Accounting: Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping operations, maintain accurate general ledger accounts, manage month-end adjustments, and compile financial documentation.
Reconciliations & Transaction Control: Perform precise bank and account reconciliations, manage receipt and transaction processing, and ensure high accuracy across complex financial entries.
Fund Administration & Compliance Support: Assist with fund accounting workflows, compliance monitoring, statutory reporting schedules, and audit preparation for investment entities.
Operational Collaboration: Partner directly with onshore leadership on daily accounting initiatives, streamlining financial administrative procedures and optimizing workflow efficiency.
What You Bring
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is preferred.
The Experience: 3+ years of experience in senior general ledger accounting, financial analysis, or fund administration, ideally within the financial services, investment, or private equity sectors.
Sector & Technical Mastery: Solid grasp of financial market structures, investment/fund accounting fundamentals, multi-entity transaction flows, and bank reconciliation mechanics.
Software Competency: High proficiency with mainstream accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, or specialized fund accounting platforms) alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Core Competencies: Versatile, independent problem-solver comfortable navigating diverse finance tasks in a low-volume, high-value environment, with exceptional written and verbal English communication.
