Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the accounting, finance, and professional services industries.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-driven Accountant to support US corporate accounting operations, accounts payable, source reconciliations, and structured financial document reviews. You will balance core AP processing and general ledger reconciliations with Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) document reviews and cross-departmental special projects.
Your Impact
Accounts Payable & Operations Support: Enter and code invoices, obtain management approvals, process disbursements, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with month-end close AP accruals and expense reporting.
Source & Financial Reconciliations: Perform source-to-report financial reconciliations, verify trial balance entries against general ledgers, identify accounting discrepancies, and document findings for escalation.
Structured Financial Document Review: Follow predefined Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) checklists to review multi-page financial and valuation packages—verifying figures across supporting schedules, checking disclosures, and tracking version changes for senior finance review.
Ad Hoc Projects & Process Improvement: Execute specialized data entry, spreadsheet modeling, file archiving, and process improvement initiatives to optimize daily finance workflows.
What You Bring
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
The Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, or financial document review within a high-volume, deadline-driven professional services environment.
Software Mastery: Proficiency with mainstream accounting software/ERPs (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) alongside intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) frameworks, source-document verification, multi-currency vendor transactions, and general ledger reconciliation mechanics.
Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational ability to handle concurrent projects, and superior written and verbal English communication.
