Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure learning programs align to business and learning outcomes.
+ Collaboration with Head of Learning Experience and Subject Matter Experts to design and develop engaging and sustainable learning solutions to meet ROI outcomes.
+ Create and develop learner-centric programs that clients view as a valuable benefit and are embraced to increase the effectiveness of teams.
Operational Effectiveness
+ Create the pillars, guidelines, and frameworks for amazing learning design.
+ Delivery of multiple learning development projects concurrently.
+ Assist in managing Instructional design projects from end-to-end.
Quality Assurance
+ Ensure all learning solutions align to established learning design frameworks and principles.
+ Conduct quality reviews of learning content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment to standards.
Innovation & Optimisation
+ Drive innovation and optimisation of learning experiences through emerging technology and tools.
+ Align design decisions to learner needs and preferences to continuously improve the learner experience.
Reporting & Analysis
+ Report and analyse learning success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
+ Identify opportunities for improvement and translate insights into design enhancements.
Qualifications / Skills:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, or related field is required.
+ 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning; project management experience.
+ Proficient in e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), LMS, SCORM/AICC standards, and multimedia design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
+ Expertise in learning principles, instructional design models, and creating storyboards and prototypes.
+ Strong organizational skills, experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and problem-solving abilities.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and conducting needs assessments.
+ Analytical, creative, and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Essential:
+ Strong multimedia design and production skills across video, graphics, and audio.
+ Confident and proficient use of AI tools to enhance design quality, efficiency, and innovation
