Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the accounting, finance, and professional services industries.

As a CACFP Analyst, you will play a vital, highly specialized role in keeping the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) running smoothly and compliantly for a large network of U.S.-based childcare centers. In this position, you will own the critical administrative and data verification layer that secures state and federal nutritional funding—from auditing enrollment records and processing Income Eligibility Statements (IES) to calculating precise meal claims. Operating completely remote during US business hours, this role is perfectly engineered for a meticulous, process-driven administrator who values structural integrity, respects compliance guardrails, and wants to make a meaningful institutional impact.

Your Impact

  • Admin All-Star & Compliance Guardian: Execute and manage the end-to-end administrative cycle of the CACFP for assigned early childhood academies, keeping funding programs 100% compliant with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) state regulations. Maintain structured, permanently audit-ready digital records.

  • Enrollment Expert & Master List Maven: Audit child enrollment changes (adds and drops) dynamically against site rosters. Meticulously review child enrollment forms and Income Eligibility Statements (IES) to verify accurate income-tier classification and systematically update the master database.

  • Procare Pro & Paperwork Perfectionist: Input data, cross-reference operational metrics, and generate precise reimbursement claims within the Procare software tracking system. Verify that daily point-of-service meal counts, infant menu logs, and component records are completed without a single variance.

  • Attendance Watchdog & Report Radar: Run daily check-ins on school attendance records to ensure children are properly clocked in. Analyze complex compliance reports, isolate anomalies or missing ledger documentation, and collaborate directly with center directors to resolve data conflicts swiftly.

  • Center Connector: Act as the primary corporate conduit between regional school directors, field staff, and the centralized CACFP leadership team, delivering clear technical guidance on program updates and corrective action plans.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid administrative, data audit, or compliance tracking experience, preferably within a highly regulated multi-site environment, international BPO operations, or the education sector.

  • Tech-Savvy Capabilities: High proficiency across the Microsoft Office 365 enterprise suite (particularly Excel data filtering and logic checks). Comfortable navigating industry-specific tracking platforms like Procare and adapting to cloud document hubs.

  • Detail Detective & Multitask Mastery: An uncompromising eye for identifying administrative gaps, computational errors, or unsigned regulatory documents, paired with the capacity to juggle strict monthly funding deadlines across multiple schools simultaneously.

  • Communication Craft: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, giving you the professional confidence to address compliance issues constructively with overseas School Directors and corporate leadership.

  • Problem-Solver Mode: A solution-oriented, self-directed working style. You do not wait for errors to become compliance headaches; you flag processing variances early and follow up tenaciously until corrected.

  • The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. A degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a distinct advantage.

  • Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior familiarity with CACFP guidelines, USDA reimbursement structures, or U.S. childcare data frameworks is a welcome bonus, but a high-aptitude quick learner will be fully supported.
