Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the accounting, finance, and professional services industries.

As an Accounts Officer, you'll be at the heart of a purpose-driven operation supporting NDIS plan management. Operating directly out of our modern Clark facility, you will process invoices, manage participant payments, and ensure financial records are accurate and compliant—all while directly contributing to the quality of life of people living with disability. If you are a process-driven professional looking for a role where your attention to detail and financial expertise genuinely matter, this position is designed for you.

Your Impact

  • Invoice Integrity: Process and review incoming invoices for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funded services, verifying strict alignment with current NDIS pricing arrangements and price guide limits.

  • Payment Precision: Oversee multi-entity payment processing batches for individual participant accounts, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate disbursements to third-party service providers.

  • Budget Balancing Act: Systematically reconcile participant funding budgets, general ledger items, and historical financial records to keep accounts clean and permanently audit-ready.

  • Participant Champion: Actively support participants by investigating invoicing friction, resolving ledger anomalies, and providing clear, empathetic budget updates.

  • Team Synergy & Compliance Crusader: Collaborate with the plan management support team to eliminate processing discrepancies. Maintain strict adherence to federal NDIS compliance frameworks, statutory regulations, and internal security policies.

  • Records Rockstar & Reporting Ready: Maintain precise digital documentation libraries encompassing invoicing history, payment logs, and fund reconciliations. Assist with compiling structured monthly and quarterly financial reports for participants and leadership.

  • Problem Spotter & Process Improver: Proactively flag systemic transactional blockages to the Plan Management Operations Manager, while continuously refining financial workflows to enhance operational accuracy.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an accounts payable, bookkeeper, or transactional finance administration role with a solid grasp of high-volume ledger management.

  • NDIS Compliance & Sector Savvy (Preferred): Familiarity with NDIS plan management, pricing structures, and claims systems is highly desirable. Candidates from the healthcare, disability support, or Australian medical billing sectors will have a distinct advantage.

  • Mandatory Credentials: Must hold an active NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or have the immediate capacity to obtain one) and have successfully completed the NDIS Worker Induction Module.

  • Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency navigating modern accounting platforms and enterprise software, paired with an intermediate command of Microsoft Excel for data sorting and balance tracking.

  • Communication & Empathy: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the emotional intelligence and confidence required to discuss delicate financial matters with international clients and participants.

  • Detail-Obsessed Integrity: An exceptional eye for numerical errors, high time-management capability to track concurrent deadlines, and a deep commitment to protecting sensitive participant data.
