We are seeking an analytical and process-oriented Digital Media Specialist - Lead Generation to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Account Executive and Digital Account Manager to deliver high-performance paid media campaigns. Operating out of our premium Cebu facility, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and reporting on digital lead generation strategies across search, display, and social channels. Your Impact
Google Ads Management: Build, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a diverse range of corporate clients. Handle full-funnel execution, including system setup, tracking integrations, landing page testing, data analysis, and advanced audience building.
Social & Programmatic Advertising: Architect and scale paid social ad campaigns across primary networks. Manage budgeting, data analysis, tracking configurations, and target audience segmentation to maximize client return on ad spend (ROAS).
Cross-Channel Optimization: Oversee campaigns utilizing Google Ad Manager and proprietary advertising structures. Constantly analyze performance metrics to adjust bids, keyword matches, and ad distribution for peak efficiency.
Content Collaboration: Work alongside the internal creative and agency team to guide, produce, and align highly engaging visual and written ad content tailored to client brief specifications.
Data Collation & Analytics Reporting: Collate performance metrics across tracking platforms to construct comprehensive client reporting packs. Deliver clear, actionable campaign data to the digital account management team.
Operational Discipline: Manage administrative project components with precision, including detailed time tracking, logging billable hours, and ensuring project timelines are executed seamlessly from brief to final delivery.
What You Bring
The Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on digital agency experience managing paid media, pay-per-click (PPC), or digital lead generation campaigns.
The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications, or a highly relevant commercial discipline.
Platform Knowledge (Preferred): Active Google Certifications (Google Search Ads, Google Analytics 4 / GA4) and Meta Blueprint Certifications are highly desirable and will set you apart.
Analytical Mindset: Highly numerical and analytical, with the technical ability to interpret raw advertising data, build tracking parameters, and extract logical performance solutions.
Administrative & Process Mastery: Exceptional organization, task prioritization, and administration skills. You are deeply process-oriented and can manage multiple client campaign budgets concurrently without breaking a sweat.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, complete with a calm, professional telephone manner and collaborative team spirit.
