Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting and financial administration industries.
We are looking for a highly accurate and professional Accounts Officer to join our team. In this specialized role, you will support a premier Australian health and community services administration provider. You will manage the critical processing of claims, service provider invoices, and specialized client funding budgets that allow individuals to access essential care programs. If you possess an exceptional eye for detail, strong financial administration skills, and a desire to deliver high-impact support to offshore stakeholders, this is your perfect opportunity.
Your Impact
Invoice Integrity & Framework Compliance: Process and review invoices for specialized care and support services, ensuring they comply perfectly with strict Australian regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and localized pricing models.
Payment Precision: Manage active payment processing pipelines for client funding accounts, delivering timely and accurate disbursements to service providers every time.
Budget Balancing Act: Systematically reconcile operational budgets and fund records, keeping critical financial information up to date, clear, and fully audit-ready.
Stakeholder Champion & Support: Act as a dependable partner to program participants and providers, clearly addressing specialized invoicing or financial queries and providing helpful budget allocation updates with professional care.
Team Synergy & Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with the broader support team to untangle invoicing discrepancies. Identify systemic processing errors and escalate them proactively to the Operations Manager.
Records Rockstar & Reporting: Maintain pristine financial documentation archives, including invoice records, payment histories, and budget ledger adjustments. Assist with generating monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients and internal management.
What You Bring
The Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial administration roles, with a solid grasp of day-to-day transaction processing.
Sector Savvy (Highly Desired): Direct familiarity with Australian financial administration workflows, healthcare billing, plan management, or disability service frameworks is a major advantage. Experience working with complex, regulated funding structures will fast-track your application.
The Compliance Toolkit: A strong alignment with compliance procedures, with the immediate ability to pass necessary international worker screening and complete required industry induction modules.
Numbers Ninja & Tech-Savvy: Strong numerical skills paired with an exceptional eye for data entry details. Highly proficient in modern accounting software and Microsoft Excel for managing tables and data reconciliations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, critical for explaining budget structures with confidence, clarity, and patience to stakeholders.
The Mindset: A high level of personal integrity and a firm commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and data security at all times.
