Your Impact

• Blueprint Brilliance: Architect and deploy AI-powered automations using leading LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini). Design prompt engineering frameworks, agentic workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines tailored to real business needs.

• NetSuite Ninja: Build and maintain robust integrations between AI tools and NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x, REST/SOAP APIs, and SuiteFlow—automating data entry, financial reporting, and complex approval processes with absolute precision.

• Bridge Builder & iPaaS Mastery: Connect NetSuite to third-party platforms via iPaaS tools like Celigo, Make, or Boomi, ensuring data integrity, airtight error handling, and full audit logging across every integration pipeline.

• Pipeline Pro & Insight Engine: Design and maintain structured data pipelines that feed clean ERP and operational data into AI models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and business intelligence. Surface actionable insights to leadership through automated dashboards and reporting.

• Automation Architect: Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive processes across finance, procurement, CRM, and operations—then eliminate them with smart automations built on Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom script solutions.

• Iterate, Elevate & Collaborate: Test, optimize, and document all automations based on performance metrics. Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams in an async-first, remote environment across time zones to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI integration, automation engineering, or enterprise systems integration roles—with a proven track record of shipping solutions that stick.

• NetSuite Know-How: Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript 2.x, REST/SOAP APIs, and SuiteFlow. You know your way around the platform inside and out.

• Code Confidence: Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js for building integrations and automation scripts that are clean, scalable, and maintainable.

• LLM Literacy & Platform Fluency: Practical experience working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Make, Boomi, or Zapier, plus strong RESTful API design skills.

• Communication & Async Skills: Excellent written English and async communication skills, with the ability to work reliably across global time zones and deliver timely, clear, and responsive documentation.

• Bonus Points: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification; experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate); familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI); or a background in ERP implementation or BI platforms (Looker, Power BI).
