As an Executive Assistant, you will be the strategic right hand to one or more firm Partners — keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes so leadership can focus on what they do best. From managing complex calendars and orchestrating seamless meetings to tracking projects and anticipating needs before they arise, you will be the operational backbone that drives partner efficiency. Your Impact
• Command the Calendar: Own the partner's schedule end-to-end — coordinating internal and external meetings, filtering communications, and preparing sharp daily and weekly agendas that keep priorities front and center.
• Meeting Maestro: Prepare crisp, well-organized materials for every call and meeting, capture action items in real time, track open issues, and relentlessly follow up until every to-do is closed out.
• Project Traffic Controller: Keep all moving parts organized across projects, commitments, and recurring processes — following up with team members and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Information Architect: Draft, organize, and maintain documents, dashboards, and files with precision — making sure the partner always has the right information exactly when they need it.
• Efficiency Enabler: Anticipate needs before they become problems, streamline workflows, manage travel and logistics, and continually reduce administrative noise so the partner can operate at their highest level.
What You Bring
• Executive Suite Veteran: Proven experience providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced professional services environment — CPA, legal, or consulting backgrounds are a strong advantage.
• Juggler of Workstreams: Demonstrated project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups simultaneously without missing a beat.
• Words That Work: Strong written and verbal communication abilities — you can draft polished emails, summarize complex meetings, and produce accurate documents that reflect well on leadership.
• Tech-Forward Operator: Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools, scheduling platforms, task management software, and virtual communication tools.
• Systems Thinker: A process-driven mindset with familiarity in EOS or similar operating frameworks, including experience maintaining metrics, SOPs, and structured meeting cadences.
