US CAS MANAGER
Location: Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Onsite)
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT
Experience Required: Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience in US accounting firm with bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax preparation, or related fields

ABOUT THIS ROLE . . .
We are looking for an CAS/Bookkeeping Manager with solid US Accounting and Bookkeeping experience. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end accounting and tax compliance for a diverse range of US clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead CAS team workflows and scheduling.
Review/finalize sales tax, payroll, and management reports.
Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with IRS/state deadlines.
Oversee efficiency, billing, and staff development in CAS division.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification preferred.
Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS) or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB, including add-ons and workflow automation tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
