As a Roster Clerk, you will work closely with the client to manage the logistics of care delivery. This role is vital for ensuring that community members receive quality, cost-effective care that empowers them to maintain their independence in their homes.
Your Impact
Service Optimization: Ensure the provision of the most effective systems for delivering services to customers.
Empowering Care: Coordinate care schedules that enable customers to live independently in the community of their choice.
Workforce Support: Support the attraction and retention of caring, competent, and motivated employees.
Skill Development: Help grow the skill levels of the team to ensure they are motivated to deliver services.
What You Bring
The Experience: Prior experience in a rostering position or a solid understanding of the disability, aged care, and community health sectors.
Technical Literacy: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Procura.
Sector Knowledge: An understanding of the Consumer Directed Care model and community care program guidelines.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, paired with a client-focused attitude.
Operational Excellence: The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize workloads effectively.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems and maintain credibility within leadership teams.
Personal Attributes: Positive energy, resilience, and a high attention to detail.
Desirable Credentials: Certificate III/IV in Community Service/Aged and Disability, experience with "best practice" organizations, and a valid Driver's License.
