Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.
As a Logistics Coordinator, specifically focused on Export Documents and Logistics, you will be the engine behind the international distribution of fresh produce. This role is a journey of growth; you will start by mastering specific documentation areas and progress toward managing full, complex customer transactions. Operating under a hybrid work arrangement where Mondays are set as your work-from-home (WFH) day and the rest of the week is based in the office, you will bridge the gap between pack sheds, regulators, and international customers, ensuring that every shipment of fresh produce is backed by accurate, compliant, and timely documentation to reach global markets without delay.
Your Impact
End-to-End Export Management: Lead the preparation and validation of key export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Agricultural Certifications, and Bills of Lading. You will ensure every document aligns perfectly with shipping data and global customs standards.
Regulatory & Biosecurity Compliance: Assist in obtaining critical certifications and permits for fresh produce. You will ensure all country-specific import requirements—such as cold-chain records, fumigation, and treatments—are strictly met to maintain biosecurity standards.
Strategic Logistics Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with pack sheds, QA teams, sales, and logistics partners. You will track shipment status against vessel schedules and escalate issues proactively to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
Stakeholder & Customer Synergy: Act as the primary liaison for overseas customers, ensuring their specific documentation requirements are captured accurately in the system. You will provide professional, timely responses to queries, ensuring a smooth experience for international buyers.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain meticulous digital and physical records for audit traceability. You will actively update templates and checklists to reduce errors and identify opportunities to streamline the documentation lifecycle.
Safety & Quality Advocacy: Uphold the highest standards of Work Health and Safety and Food Safety. You will ensure all produce is handled in a manner that never compromises quality or consumer safety.
What You Bring
The Experience: Desirable experience in international fresh produce exporting or a background in supply chain logistics. You understand the fast-paced nature of perishable goods.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of export regulations, road transport guidelines (Chain of Responsibility), and biosecurity/compliance protocols for various international markets.
The Credentials: Certification in Freight Forwarding or Customs Compliance is highly regarded, alongside training in Biosecurity or Export Compliance.
Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and a "sense of urgency" (Determination). You are a detail-minded problem solver who can navigate complex international agencies and internal systems effectively.
Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills, essential for liaising with overseas stakeholders and high-level cross-functional teams.
