Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes — from vendor invoice processing and payment execution to expense reconciliation and month-end close support. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who takes pride in accuracy, values operational excellence, and is ready to contribute to a high-performing finance function.

Your Impact

  • Card Reconciliation Command: Reconcile and accurately record corporate credit card transactions for assigned cardholders, ensuring proper expense coding and supporting documentation are maintained at all times.

  • Invoice Processing Precision: Enter vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness, maintain the accounts payable subledger, and perform regular reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial records.

  • Payment Execution Authority: Process checks, manage manual payments, and run accounts payable and payment batches in accordance with established schedules and approval workflows.

  • Rent Ledger Stewardship: Execute rent payment batches and ensure timely updates based on landlord statements, maintaining alignment between internal records and external obligations.

  • Expense Reimbursement Oversight: Review and process employee expense reimbursements in strict accordance with company policy, ensuring compliance and appropriate documentation throughout.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of full-cycle AP processes, vendor management, and payment execution.

  • Academic Foundation: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A consistent and disciplined approach to accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting, with a commitment to minimizing errors and discrepancies.

  • Excel Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Excel for data management, reconciliation, and reporting tasks, with the ability to work efficiently across financial spreadsheets and ledgers.

  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain structured workflows within a fast-paced environment.
