Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting and finance industry.
We are seeking a sharp, data-driven FP&A Analyst to serve as a strategic financial business partner to a dynamic international team. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, providing critical monthly and ad-hoc reporting to leadership. If you are an Excel expert who can pivot seamlessly between granular tactical data and high-level strategy, this role offers the perfect platform to elevate your corporate finance career.
Your Impact
Forecasting & Closing Ownership: Drive the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles for various international business units, tracking variances and refining financial projections.
Operating Efficiency Analysis: Analyze operating costs and organizational efficiencies in close consultation with the finance team, transforming raw expense data into strategic insights.
Close & Budgeting Support: Assist in the meticulous execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, while playing an active role in building the annual corporate budget.
Decision-Support Modeling: Build dynamic financial models to guide executive decision-making across all facets of business operations and capital allocation.
Continuous Process Innovation: Maintain a proactive, self-starter approach to identify reporting bottlenecks, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize data workflows.
Executive-Ready Reporting: Structure and deliver clear ad-hoc reporting, financial presentations, and performance summaries that give senior management absolute visibility into business drivers.
What You Bring
The Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated FP&A or relevant corporate finance experience is required.
The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is considered a plus.
Excel Expertise: Advanced, expert-level command of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, and data manipulation) is mandatory.
The Toolkit (Preferred): Practical experience with ERP systems like MS Great Plains or MS Dynamics, alongside familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Solver, Tableau, or Power BI.
The Mindset: A "hands-on" work style—deeply comfortable with transactional details without losing sight of the big picture. You demonstrate absolute steadiness under tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads.
Communication & Drive: Solid communication and presentation skills, with the professional confidence to interface with senior leadership regularly. You possess a strong results orientation, a sense of urgency, and the agility to navigate uncertainties.
