Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Full-time

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT

Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting, finance, and international supply chain sectors.

The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) is responsible for the end-to-end order management process—from the moment a customer places an order through to final dispatch and receival. Operating under a structured hybrid model where Mondays are designated as a work-from-home (WFH) day and the remainder of the week is spent working onsite at our modern office facility, this role collaborates closely with both internal and external teams. Leveraging an understanding of fruit quality requirements, you will help determine dispatch locations, provide vital freight and logistics support, oversee stock management processes, and act as the primary point for problem resolution across the supply chain.

Your Impact

  • Order Management & Freight Coordination: Understand and manage the complete order cycle from initial placement through to customer delivery. Coordinate freight operations, including allocating transport providers based on customer and distribution center requirements.

  • Stakeholder Liaison & Communication: Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, logistics providers, and customers. Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication regarding order changes and category workflows.

  • Stock & Distribution Strategy: Determine product quantities to be sent to various distribution centers based on active customer orders. Maintain accurate system data, manage stock requirements, and assist with import processes during the peak import sales and operations season.

  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate comprehensive operational reports from multiple systems for review by the Sales Team. Submit proactive suggestions for supply chain process enhancements and workflow optimization.

  • Workplace Health, Safety & Quality Compliance: Support and comply with all established Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and food safety regulations. Maintain a safe workplace, follow personal hygiene protocols, handle produce properly, and immediately report hazards, incidents, or near-misses.

  • Supply Chain Agility: Successfully navigate a fast-paced supply chain ecosystem characterized by complex processes, tight turnaround requirements, and a national network of operations. Manage cross-functional communications under pressure with minimal supervision to achieve smooth order fulfillment.

What You Bring

  • The Credentials: A Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working within a fresh produce, transport, logistics, or high-volume FMCG supply chain environment.

  • Technical & System Toolkit: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel at an intermediate or advanced level. Practical familiarity with SAP is considered highly desirable.

  • Operational Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities, clear business communication skills, and the flexibility to accommodate required weekend work to support seasonal supply chain demands.

  • Core Values: A professional approach rooted in determination, passion, accountability, sincerity, and mutual respect.
