Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting and specialized professional operations industries.
As a Project Coordinator, you are the central nervous system of the renewable energy service division. This role is designed for a technically minded coordinator who can bridge the gap between high-level project management and granular operational execution. Supporting utility-scale solar and renewable projects, you will manage everything from global supply chains and procurement to financial variance analysis and field service logistics, ensuring our Australian service portfolio continues to expand safely and profitably.
Your Impact
Project Lifecycle Coordination: Oversee all aspects of O&M projects to ensure successful delivery against safety, budgetary, and operational targets. Support bid processes by drafting and reviewing documentation and providing high-level administration for Operations Engineers.
Global Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage end-to-end spare parts orders, engaging with internal suppliers in Spain to facilitate the entire sale process. Coordinate warehouse logistics to ensure field service teams have the resources they need for critical work orders.
Financial Oversight & Analysis: Take ownership of Accounts Payable/Receivable and progress claims for the division. Analyze accounting data to produce financial reports, performing revenue and expenditure variance analysis to keep projects on track.
Operational Systems Management: Utilize and optimize the company’s tech stack, including ERP (SAP), CRM, CMMS, and Offers Portals. Initiate corrective actions to improve systems and maintain meticulous records of all transactions.
Field Service Logistics: Administer travel arrangements, work permits, and visa applications for the Field Service team. Coordinate resources and schedules for work orders while managing warranty claims and providing quotes for service jobs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and enhance relationships with both internal and external customers. Engage directly with clients to arrange deliveries and provide proactive support for the development of spare parts sales plans.
What You Bring
The Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Coordination or a similar project-based role. Practical experience operating within SAP is a significant advantage.
Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of O&M contracts for utility-scale solar or renewable projects. You possess functional knowledge of electrical engineering (HV/LV systems), communication networks, and SCADA networking.
The Credentials: A Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required. An Electrical, Industrial, or general Engineering background is highly preferred.
Analytical Mastery: Excellent MS Excel skills with the ability to interpret accounting data and produce detailed variance reports under tight deadlines.
Communication Prowess: Exceptional negotiation and English communication skills. You are a collaborative professional capable of bridging workflows between Australian operations and European suppliers.
