Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT

Salary Range: Php 32,000 – Php 37,000

In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone that keeps things running smoothly — from managing documents and scheduling to supporting billing and client onboarding. Your Impact

  • Doc Whisperer: Prepare, manage, and organize corporate documents and correspondence with high efficiency and precision, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Data Dynamo: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, and coordinate team scheduling so operations always stay one step ahead.

  • Billing Backbone: Support core billing processes to keep financial workflows on track and ensure clients are charged accurately and on time.

  • Onboarding Champion: Assist with client onboarding workflows by coordinating the necessary setup steps and compliance documentation to deliver a seamless first impression.

 

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or corporate support role. Whether you are a motivated fresh graduate or building on solid administrative foundations, we want to hear from you.

  • Organized to the Core: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep daily tasks running like clockwork.

  • Eagle-Eyed Accuracy: High attention to detail that ensures every document, system entry, and correspondence is error-free, polished, and professional.

  • Tech-Ready: Proficiency navigating MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), with the confidence to adapt quickly to new corporate platforms.
