As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be the frontline voice for our client in the high-stakes Australian luxury real estate market. This role is designed for a high-energy, persuasive communicator who thrives on turning "no" into a qualified "yes." Working closely with senior sales representatives, you will master the art of rapport-building within a premium service industry, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities through disciplined cold calling and strategic lead generation.

 

Your Impact

  • Strategic Appointment Setting: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective Australian real estate leads. Your primary goal is to engage luxury market prospects and secure qualified appointments for the senior sales team.

  • Premium Brand Representation: Act as a polished ambassador for the company. You will communicate with a highly professional phone manner, adapting structured scripts naturally to build authentic rapport with high-net-worth prospects.

  • CRM Mastery & Data Integrity: Maintain flawless CRM hygiene by accurately recording all lead activity, call outcomes, and notes within HubSpot. You will manage the prospect database with a high level of discipline and attention to detail.

  • Performance & KPI Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and bookings. You will work autonomously in a remote environment while remaining highly productive and goal-oriented.

  • Pipeline Development: Over time, you will take ownership of your success by researching and sourcing your own leads. You will identify and compile prospect databases that align perfectly with target market requirements.

  • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate challenging conversations and handle objections with resilience, persistence, and a "never give up" attitude, all while maintaining absolute professionalism.

 

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Australian market and 3–5 years in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales. Experience in luxury real estate, finance, or premium services is highly regarded.

  • Technical Skills: Previous experience using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms. You have a proven track record of achieving strong sales and appointment-booking KPIs.

  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional spoken and written English with a highly polished, energetic, and engaging speaking voice. You understand Australian business communication standards and client expectations fluently.

  • The Mindset: A resilient and enthusiastic professional with excellent persuasion and objection-handling skills. You are organized, manage your time effectively, and can work independently without compromising quality.

  • The Credentials: Sales, Business, or Marketing qualifications are preferred; additional communication training is highly regarded.
