About this role…
The Senior Accountant is tasked to manage client portfolios, review junior work, liaise with clients, and support advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review work of graduates, juniors, and intermediate staff
Manage multiple client portfolios (SMEs, family groups)
Liaise directly with clients on complex queries and strategic planning
Mentor, train, and develop junior staff
Provide proactive support to managers on advisory projects
Qualifications / Skills:
3–5 years in AU accounting firm work
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Solid technical expertise in tax and compliance
Effective leadership and mentoring expertise
Successfully manages multiple client portfolios
Builds and maintains strong client relationships
Demonstrates readiness to lead and manage teams
